Idea Cellular has been charging me Rs 5 every day on my Pre Paid number for some game i have never registered for. Even after registering a complaint with them (a gentleman by the name of Sumit, had taken the complaint on 24th June 2010) and asking for refund, this deduction is being continued. I am a retired old man and this undue charges burden me financially a lot. It is also a mental harrasment. Kindly look into the matter.
