MY name is Sanjeev. I was purchased a MObile phone of SPICE Co. ( Model No. - QT 66 ) from MANGLA TELECOM CENTRE ADD- E-27, Milap Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 110059,dated 6/04/2010 with the guarntee of 1 year but after 2 month phone display was blank . i was returned that phone dated 10/06/2010 to spice service centre ( Taneja Electronics ) Add- J-1/134, Wajirpur, JJ colony, Ashok Vihar, Delhi. I am having reciving ( Workorder no. - sdl234510600352 ) with me. he was saying to me phone will be return back after 7 days of return date but till date 15/07/2010 they are not returning my phone. on the daily basis they are saying to me tomorrow i will give you & day after tomorrow i will give you. but still they are not returning to me my phone. please suggest me what can i do. please help me & take the necessory action against him.

kindly do the needfull & reply me ASAP.

These Vodafone mobile services providers are the worst service providers to handle people/customers. They are calling & torturing me since my friend havent paid 2 months of bill. I'm ready to pay the amount for my friend also - But they are not giving any chance to speak from my end. Moreover they are threatening me that they are from legal department. All I want to say is there is a way to get things done. Aggression is not the only way to handle situation.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought SPICE M5445 mobile in Oct 2011, and I submitted my mobile with M/S Taneja Electronics Job # 1278 on 28 Jan 2012. They first of all they forced on me that due to scratch and a spot on the LCD the mobile your warranty is not valid and forced me to sign. I agree to pay the 820/= and they give you assurance to give back the repaired set in a week. My story is ditto as of Sanjeev and they are not only giving me dates on dates on the daily basis they are saying to me tomorrow i will give you & day after tomorrow i will give you but also rudely talk. They say it is a handset out of warranty and we are not bound. You can take your handset. I ask them some proof that this handset is worked on by the company they simply deny. Kindly help us and take necessary actions against them.
