My brother owns a c.d.m.a mobile set and prepaid number of reliance communication,and DnD has been activated long ago to avoid disturbance....this phone is not in constant use so its kept off during zero usages.but on every recharge there is great deduction of the amount whenever we call customer care they say that a new plan of caller tunes has been activated and its possible through customer end only and they take high precaution on activating such packs....i am unable to under stand how the tune pack is activated without our request in those days when even phone is kept off for more than two weeks due to charging problem and technical fault of the charger.it creates a great hassle especially when in emergency we top up with low amount coupons and its all being cut and nothing lefts in the balance to make even emergency calls.
this problem is not with only one number,,,its i have investigated and found in all the numbers me and my nears and dears own.This must be investigated through some government body as there are huge complaints and a lot if money per day through this scam of unwanted caller tunes activation which shows growth of the organization as now a days in news.say for example if there are 1000 users and their 10 rupee being cut in the top up ,every month there is a dual advantage of Rs300000/1000users for which reliance is in gain and they do not have to pay the service for that money.
