My mobile phone is 9840347987 under "lifelong plan".I am having this connection since 2006.Recently I switched over to samsung instruement from motorola.Since then I am not getting NETWORK connection.At times the message is "Only emergency Calls"The credit balance is over Rs100/.The instruement works all right if the sim card of other mobile providers are inserted.Yesterday ur official wanted me to change the sim card and they gave me another one with the same no.Still there is no connection.Therefore the problem is at UR end .P)lease rectify the mistake under intimations to me
