I am extremely sorry to inform you that the service provided by your company is just ridiculous. I have done portability of my mobile no. to Idea Card last month with high hopes of best and cheap services. But I am surprised to see bill of Rs. 4425.85/-

I cannot understand how your company can charge Rs. 2316.64+1209 for internet usage(88MB) on 20 Dec 2011.

Further I would like to let you know that your authorities sends bill collectors at home again and again. They were drinker and misbehave with my sister (alone at home)asking her to pay Rs.25 to provide the cover of idea. They are calling us continually to make the payment. They giving us mentally pressure instead of resolve the issue. And this is ridicules, it is not acceptable at all. There is no professionalism in your company. I have told that provide me the final settlement amount which I can pay. But they don’t have time to listen us. Your executive gives us harassment…
