    Thumbs down Idea 3G plans

    I have 2 problems with idea mobile compnay

    They are not able to solve the problem

    1st Complaint

    I paid the amount for 1pasa per second plan but they are not charging according to the
    plan pls help me to solve the problem

    2nd Compalint



    i am not able to make video calls

    3 g service is already activated

    i have been facing this problem from 1 month

    i spoke to around 25 agents but no one is solving the problem

    i am not expecting this from idea

    pls take action as soon as possible

    IDEA 3G problem...SAD
    Hi,

    On 11th Feb I rechared for the first time for 3G package of 103 Indian Rupee. (This is 200 MB Plan).

    I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab.

    They first told me to send an sms to 12345 with ACT3G and I did it and then got an sms back from them that 3G is activated

    Then I sent sms SET to 54671 and they sent me sms with details of net. I did this setting and still I am not able to use the Net

    So on 11th at 7:45 Pm I called them and told them this problem. The person said that within 2 hrs it will be working.

    After that I started getting sms

    CB-SMS
    BHOKARA-2 *7
    77*14#IND V AUS @5

    but I am not able to use internet. I called them at 8 pm and said why I am getting this sms of CB and they told that I have activated Club SMS ... (I clearly remember that I have not)

    Anyways I said pls deactivate it and he said ok done you will not get any sms... Guess what I keep on getting this sms the complete night. The same sms again and again... I called them in midnight and they said ok now it will stop ... but still

    When I call 4444 (Idea Care) for interent they told me wait for another 2 hours

    Now its more than 24 hours and today evening I called they said 3G at my area is not working so I cannot connect... I said when it will work and he said that NO 3G at my area ...
    I said then what do I do and he said use 2G ... I said what happens to 103 Rupee and he said that we cannot give back.

    For me question is not 103 Rs. Its FOOLING ... I do not want IDEA TO fool me.

    This is real mental tension that IDEA has given me..

    Why are u guys doing like this ????
