    Thumbs down Idea

    Hi,
    I am user of Idea services for Last 2 years in bihar circle and 3 years in NCR circle before that. For last 2 months i have facing one after another strange problems... And the customer representatives arent helping at all....

    1st... This time when i recharged my account for net pack.. I have
    been finding that the amount deducted of net usage is highly wrong...
    I complained about that and was told that i have been charged for what
    i used... i have a tracker on my cell to keep track of usage and they
    r telling me i am wrong... this is so damn wrong

    2nd.. On 20th jan, 20 rs were deducted from my account for god knows what reasons...

    3rd... On 1st feb again 50 rs were deducted from my account and i am being told that i went on some chargable site which is a complete joke.... On 3rd feb when i called... Mr. Shrawan told me that it was a mistake and i will get the refund by 2 pm on 4th feb but nothing yet...
    When i again called... A new person tells me that it is my mistake that balance is getting deducted... And that nothing will be done for that...If i am gonna use services then i will get charged for them.. I dunno what this means that 1 representatives commits one thing and other denies... I was NOT expecting such a thing from an Aditya Birla group company...

    And when yesterday i sent a mail to ccare.bj@idea.adityaabirla.com, i just got an automated reply that i will be reverted back in 24 hours... that time has already passed... what am i supposed to do?

    really feeling disappointed in Idea's services now

    errr... sorry... my bad... i forgot that today is sunday and they dont count it as a working day.. i will wait for a reply till tomorrow... also..... my number with which i am facing this problem is 95252 91234

    ok... The timeline of 24 hour they asked me for in their mail has passed... Yet i have got no reply for my mail....
    Can i get some help in this case plz that what am i supposed to do or what am i supposed to expect from Idea...

    Hi,
    This issue is solved... I got the reply a bit late so i posted it in here as well... And back then it was marked with a tick so i thought that the case is closed so i didnt put this in here earlier.... I got a call from idea and the issue was solved... Thanks for contacting again.. And sorry that i didnt made it clear already...
