dear sir,
I am pankaj chouhan. I purchased a idea net device .it is not doing work properly . there is network problam in my village(malakpur buderan,near -seohara,dist.-bijnor). I done many complaint in idea office and idea customer care but they are not solving my problams .And the bill of netsetter is coming month by month.MY net setter is postpaid .
so sir plz refunds my bills or solve my problams.
