Today morning i got a call from idea, the person from there end asked me to listen an ADD i told OK, and then when he completed his ADD even without asking me that whether you want this or not he activated it on my No. and and 45 Rs/- were deducted from my account, amd when i called to the customer care there they are telling that i responded him to activate that, but the fact is that they even didn't asked me once for that. and customer care persons are telling that they can not refund the amount once they had deducted.

Please help me out.
