I have Idea delhi postpaid connection 9990096437 on name Ram Kumar Singh on novmber bill 2011 i found huge bill difference, for this i make complaint to idea call center and 198 for this i am getting consecutive compaint refernce no on daily basis. last reference no:107807590.

I found on bill and call center executive my GPRS uses it get increased to get bill of amount 5900 aprrox. , total voice uses is arround 800 rs only and other part of bill due to gprs uses.

Call center execuitives also find the same huge bill difference and uses and amount.
but till date i also not find and refund and solution.

For this also written complaint to cust care and nodal officer till date no solution. I need solution and refund of extra amount which paid to idea cellular delhi.

Idea cellular delhi making full harassment to their customers and literally making fool to them.

today is 24Jan2012 i not received any rely and response from Idea Grievance and Appellate or another.
From last two month i making complaint and to resolve bill complaint, still daily basis automatically getting new complaint service no, but no solution.

It very much required to take strong action against idea.
