I had activated a tariff reducing voucher on my prepaid sim. 810-904-7545
This voucher of Rs. 12 reduces ISD tariff as promised by the company.
However it has been 2 months & after making a no. of ISD calls I am still being charged wrongly
eg
Normal US ISD tariff: around 6-7 Rs./ min.
Reduced US ISD tariff Rs. 0.03 / second - as promised

I have made no. of calls to the costumer care but they always make silly excuses & deny that any wrong deduction has been done from my account they also say that it will be activated shortly. This way I have ended loosing hundreds of rupees on the regular tariff.

I am highly unsatisfied by their services & they deny any refunds for the wrong deductions from my account.

Kindly look into the matter.
