some GPRS pack had been activated in my number and when i called up customer care ,they are telling that i have activated it by dialing some number.This is not the first time i am facing this problem.I a have faced this problem 2 times before also when a set of various services were activated and some Rs.40 to 50 were deducted from my account.Today when i called the CC ,the lady executive responded very badly with me and was not ready to redress to my query and disconnected my call and blocked my number so that i cant call the CC again...:confused

I took an idia mobile connection 7890256761. after charging with Rs56
for initial validation, I recharged with Rs550. In a matter of two
days I am finding they have activated so many services like gprs,dialig
tones etc. and they deducted almost 500 rupees from my balance.

From my side I have never asked for any additional servce either by
dialing them, or by sms or by ivrs or any means what so ever.

I want all the additional deductions restored forth with except for
the calls I made.

It is strange I have to pay to talk to their customer care officer.

I went to idia website to register, it is repeatedly refusing to
register me saying "this is not a valid idia number"!

this is the same problem with me they also deducted rs 50 from my account after a incoming call from no +911400930073 i have not allowed him to activate any request but after that also they activated that request and deducted my balance this is happeaning 2nd time
