Dear sir,
I would like to register a complaint against representative of costumer care service cell regarding the usage of abusive language by Mr Ravinder. I enquired about reasons of non receipt of monthly bill generated of December 2011 but, Mr Ravinder could not satisfy. Thereafter, I requested him to get me connected to his senior. While talking to his senior regarding my issue, he said " koi behan ka loda costumer hai, jo apse baat karna chahta hai", unfortunately i heard those words and complained to his senior Mr Kuldeep, who has given a complaint no. 108771324 dated 21-jan-2012, to which i have no surety.
Therefore i request you to register my complaint and take neccessary action.
