Dear Sir/madam,

This is with reference to the ISD activation on my Mobile No. 9891281634.

I have been using Idea cellular services since more than 5 years on the said Mob. No.

I have deposited the security money of Rs. 1000/- (For which Tickler No. is- 108064853) for ISD activation along with Call conferencing on my Mobile Number- 9891281634 on 23rd December 2011 at your Franchisee Named as Chaaya Communications, No.111, Jaipuria Plaza, Sec 26, Noida.

As per the update from Franchisee person, ISD activation gets activated within 72 hours.

Despite of repeated reminder calls to IDEA customer care, the response and solution from IDEA cellular is still Zero. Idea customer care executives again and again give me a time limit for ISD activation but after one month still my ISD has not got activated and I don’t get a clear picture for the same.

This is my last request to IDEA Cellular Ltd., If my ISD service does not get activated within 36 hours then I am going to file a case against Idea Cellular Ltd in Consumer Forum.
