i had recharged a total amount of 2000 on 18dec11
1500 was done via net banking upon which i got an error destination unreachable but 1500 was debited from my account
later on the same day i got a 500 recharge done via cash payment through a dealer.
on 19dec11 i got another top up of 500 by idea.
the remaining 1000 has not been credited to my account nor talk time has been provided
i tried contacting customer care but they are disconnecting my call as those people are unable to understand my probloem
my number for which i am raising complaint is 9926520151
