Hello,
Idea cellular is deducting Rs 20 everyday from my prepaid account. I have called many times to customer care, they are either rude or cannot solve my problem. Customer care executives told me to unsubscribe from the Ideamall.in but site shows no such subscription. They cannot guide me properly to show me which services i have subscribed too. The Senior customer care executives are always busy, they dont have call back facilities for troubled customers. Thank You.

Please do the necessary and cancel the subscription.

I dont know anything about token ID.(Whats Token ID exactly)

sir/ madam today i recharged my sms card and when i send msg after 1 hrs i was losing my main bal 60 paisa per msg then i called customer care he told it takes 4 hrs to 8 hrs activate but before today whenever i recharged my msg card my msg card get activated in 15 min but today it did not activated in 5 hrs then i send msg it was activated but again after 5-6 hrs i m losing 60 paisa per msg although i have msg card then i called customer care they told me that they dont have info of that i have to call after 4 hrs what is this all nonsense i have lost 4-5 rs in this i have msg card and when i m sending msg they r deducting i will change my connection if this continue further so solve my problem as soon as possible or i change my no my cell no is 9694013425 i live in jaipur,rajasthan 302015
