i have recharged my idea cellular U. P. East no. with a easy recharge of INR 249/- (transaction id: 1051920180494)
after referring to the information provided regarding the recharge plans on the idea cellular website, at the following page:

but the amount did not got credited in my account. when i inquired the matter with the idea cellular customer care i was informed that the INR 249/- recharge is not same as the plan listed on the web page mentioned above of idea cellular itself.

when trying to connect Mr. Utpal Tiwari nodal officer of Idea cellular U P East, there is no reply of my calls. Nobody in Idea Cellular is replying satisfactorily.
