Hi,

I have been getting repeated phone call from an Idea mobile number 9088999647 asking for somebody named Avik Bhattacharya. I have told multiple times that I am not the person but the caller keeps on calling irritating multiple times a day.

I myself use a vodafone connection where I have complained to the helpline, but they say to block the call I have to pay Rs. 99. As an consumer why should I pay to stop harassment from some unknown number? Also can Idea Cellular help me in this regard? Any help to resolve the problem would be great.
