i has been converted Idea post pre paid to post paid 20 days back , and have submitted all the document require by company. the verification guys(santosh no. 09594973175) has come after to much mess by today only he i shown him my original driving license as evidence and proof .

my company guard and reception guy also verified the same he promised(verification officer) me the Sim would be activate in next 24 hrs now other guy(9594973153) has to call me and said due to lack of supporting your request is rejected
i submitted
copy of driving license
fully stamped and signature company letter head as billing address
photograph etc.
Now i wanted to know after 20 days if the document are not as per requirment why these guy not to intimated me before
i lost 20 days company reimbursement bill
my personal charges to interact these guys
mental tension which i suffered in these days
how can i register full fledge case again them i have all document proof which i provided them
