the Idea service provider is deducting the money by activating the some of the service packs
which are not even known to the customer care executives . and if the customers asked them to refund the money they are not doing that.

Idea people providing offer ie 34 full talk time of rs34.
I have recharged with 34 on 19th night at 9:30 PM
when I checked my balance on 20th morning I got deducted rs15.
I called to customer service ,they are saying that some pack activated on 17th jan for that
we deducted rs15.
even I dont know what pack activated and when activated.
I asked them to refund the money they are refusing .not at all connecting to senior process associatives.

like the Idea people are doing business.
I dont know why the people automatically activating the packs and not refunding .
so

Idea is a very very very waste and worst service provider in india.....

they are providing offers one side and collecting double of that offer from others.......
