I have tried to deactivate it but it is never done. every third day my balance has been deducted. I can't afford to waste my money without any reason..

I Have a similar problem. Rs 3 is being charged from my account for CH99 magazine. I have not made any such subscription. How do I sort it out? I am unable to find their customer service number as well.

I am also having same porblem, after every third day Rs 3 cut, for subscription of CH99 magzine, I tried to deactivate but it does not, I have not subscibed, this is very serious issue. Can somebody guide me how to get ride of this.

I am also losing money @ 3/- every three days for the past one month. Even after calling up Customer care and doing everything, I was asked to do, I couldnt get rid of this CH99 subscription, and I dont even know what it is. Finally I was told by a customer care executive that he has deactivated it online, but it started again as soon as I recharged. Seriously, I think this matter needs to be taken up in Consumer Court because besides the money, there is the mental frustration and adverse effect to health through the anger and helplessness that needs to be taken into account. And this is not an isolated incident. It is organised loot being committed by IDEA. How can a big multinational company with the Aditya Birla Brand stoop to such levels?
If anyone from IDEA cares to read this please get rid of my CH99 subscription which you have started without my request or knowledge or approval on no. 8108717376.
