Hi.
Idea is cheating the pre-paid customers by activating some services without their knowledge and deducting amount from their balance.

This happen to me 3 times and got refund after arguing with them, but now they are not even listening to my words and not ready to register the compliant, simply saying I was activated it by myself.

Even I was ready to prove myself that is not activated from my side, but those guys are not listening.

When I discussed with my friends, they were shocked to see their amount is also got deducted without their knowledge. Its not possible with all the customers to check the balance every time. Everyone thinks Idea won't play such kind of cheap tricks to get profits.


Pls beware with IDEA pre-paid..........they are cheating us ..............

If any one of you face these kind of fraud, update here so that atleast we can aware their cheat tricks
