i got a complementary sim of idea, while i purchased new handset from hot-spot, mobile shop. As a new sim, i recharged with Rs. 30/-, i got the balnce of Rs. 24/-. After few days, i found that ther is no balance in my sim. On enquiry, i found that Idea deducted RS. 15/- on account of some service, which i never subscribed. when i tried to customer care, some mr. Lokendra refused to talk and disconnected the phone. when i tried to talk higher level, i did not get proper answer or no docket number for my complaint. when i tried to talk on 198 they give me another number. on that number my balance again deducted and no solution comes.

however IDEA is a very big thief for the custmors adn i request to all not to purchase idea sim. i have the same experince with reliance too. however BSNL is the best in this matter that they never deduct any amount on any un-subscribed services, as the otehr operators do.

I am tired of deleting ideas number of SMS wich i never read. Pl. stop this harashment. Also the calls which i never want to listen.

i had an airtel post paid number which i terminated around 4 month ago. by mistake i gave more money than what is required. now they have to return my amount back to me. I mailed to airtel they replied that it will be refunded in 1 month. but 4 months are already past. Now they are even not replying to my mails.

A call from idea company asked me to give 15000 seconds free on any cell phone without any balance deduction. I had asked the idea executive again and again but he told me that it was true. But now instead of giving me 15000 seconds total free they have reduced my call rate to 50paisa per sec which was earlier 60 paisa. I had a pack of idea to idea 10 paisa per minute . But now my idea to idea call rates have also been increased to 50 paisa per minute. And so again i recharged with the pack of 96 rs giving me idea to idea 10 paisa per minute . But still my call rates have not been changed . I have talked to customer care number a 100 times but most of them cut my phone or ask me to hold for a long time but they dont give me a genuine reply. Please either reduce my idea to idea call rates as i have rechared again or take away the 15000 free seconds.
