Idea Customer care started My dialer tone and Song Selection Services without my permission. They said that It started by me . but that time my mobile was switched off.

last two time more they do same mistake and Refund my Money But This time They
doesn't refund and cut my balance . they cheat and cut the balance. so i want my balance refund AS SOON AS .

I wanted to submit my complain against Idea Celluer, the case is there was a service "Sai Baba" was activated in my mobile which was not requested by me so it is an Unnecessary service and deducting my 2rs daily.when I came to know than I asked these people on customer care than nobody answered me and than I requested to de-activate it on 23-5-10 than it was said that your service will be de-activated till 25-5-10 which is not done yet.

So, I want to request you people to please take some action as they unnecessarily activate services and deduct money.

I don’t want any such service. I requested to deactivate this service so many time to customer care. But I am received only their computerized / fixed answer. Now I observed that Idea is not a reputed concern.

So you are requested to kindly stop the present unwanted service immediately within few minutes. Otherwise i am going to change your connection.

Well i have an idea connection 9891983694 (Delhi).I had been using it for 2yrs now.Now idea suspended the services citing documents not submitted as the reason.

1.When i had purchased my sim my documents were completely updated,how else was i using it for 2 yrs.

2.I was in Pune for 2 months when they suspended the services.Now to reactivate my sim i was ready to submit my documents AGAIN.But they dont accept it at Pune,they say i have to submit them at Delhi.

3.I requested them to activate it for two months,after that i will be in delhi and re submit the documents.BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE WAS SO INSENSITIVE THAT THEY DON'T EVEN LISTEN and even after repeatedly explaing them my situation they are not ready to help.

I have been unnecessarily harassed by Idea.Now i m stuck in roaming and there is nothing i can do.
IDEA seriously sucks!!!

ON 9/7/2010, I ACTIVATED A FACILITY ON *333*555# ON IZ-55456 WHICH SAID IT WOULD DEDUCT RS. 5/-. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FOR ONLY ONE TIME, BUT NOW RS. 5 IS BEING DEDUCTIED EVERYDAY FROM MY BALANCE AND I WANT TO DISCONTINUE THIS SERVICE. PLS LET ME KNOW WHO DO I CALL TO DISCONTINUE THIS SERVICE AT THE EARLIEST. I AM LOSING A LOT OF MONEY UNNECESSARILY. i WAS TOLD TO CALL ON 4444 BUT THIS IS NOT CONNECTING. I HAVE ALSO SENT A MESSAGE BACK ON IZ 55456, BUT MY BALANCE CONTINUES TO GET REDUCED.

today my balence is deducted by idea by rs 125.86 .when i called customer care they told me that i have called a number 55181 of bavishyafal jankari which is chargeble @6.99/minute for 18minutes. i have not dialed this no. not wromgly dialed by my mobile as which number we dialed they save in mobile dialled numbers list but this number is not save in dialed number list. this is second time when idea has deducted balence my a/c earlier they have activated dialer tone in my mobile without any information and told customer care that you have selected dialer tone option . We are using mobile daily since 15 years back we know which call is chargable or what is dialer tone . we are using mobiles for only Talk not for any other service since last 15 years but in this year 2010 more than 2 incidence happen when i feel that companies are doing very bad to earn profit by bad means.
I think idea service provider in MP are deducting funds from customer to save idea in MP .Bcoz in delhi we have used idea for 5 years but there is no single complaint in 5 years . but when i come to mp i have choose idea it is my wrong step. My wife is suggesting me to change idea and switch to Airtel during stay in mp and thereafter also.

Dnt believe? Try activating a service and then try deactivating it. I got a GPRS pack of Rs. 30 pm. When I tried to get it deactivated, I had no access to anybody (customer care exec) to whom I can ask to do so. They even have paid customer care service, wherein every call will be charged @ 50 paise for 3 min. Even if you are ready to pay, the call never get connected. As soon as the computer stops talking and the its time for an executive to get connected, the call gets disconnected. In my case I was asked to "please check the number you have dialed". This is the condition of paid service, forget about free costumer cell.

If by any chance you get connected to sme exec., you will not be able to hear his/ her voice. The voice from other end starts breaking and you are hardly able to solve your problem. Im sick of idea service.

I am user of 9689995653 idea prepaid. I am very much dissatisfied with your services. 1.Regarding the advertisements you sent through the idea numbers which is not in use. 2. regarding some competitions, which even without requesting, is activated and charges Rs.5 per day. This is very much of your lack of responsibility. how much do you respect the customers? Talking to the care center, they ask some unnecessary questions and justify your services. this only shows that the concern you show in the TV ads for your customers is merely fake.

Suggestions: If at all the company likes to advertise your schemes, why can it not use its own particular
number instead of using many unused idea numbers?
Why do you allow the scam schemes to use your services. In case they are unidentified how
can you make your customers suffer.eg. one loses money for the competition he has not
subscribed for and your care center informs that the records show that he has made the
request. This means there is some problem in your systems.

Hi i have an idea prepaid mobile connection of Vasai (Maharashtra) and my number is 9011618179. i have been using this number for more than 6 months now and in this duration the services to my number has been suspended 4 times due to lack of verification documents, which was later resumed by them in previous 3 times at the submission of required documents. but for the recent 4th time, its already been 5 days and there's no sign of getting it resumed in coming days (as seems from the attitudes of idea representatives in Vasai (w) branch).when i asked them why this thing is happening again and again to me, they simply had no answer at first but later came up with a conclusion that your case is an outstation one so it usually happens in this case .On this when i asked them to help me in getting the right documents so that it does not happen again, they told me that we have taken the right documents from you but can not guarantee uninterrupted services in future for the same reason. i don't have any problem with the verification procedure as it is a norm set by the government for some security reasons. but how many times a customer need to be verified.
I must also put this in your consideration that i run a newly started ad agency (approx 7 months old). and have been using the above mentioned mobile number as a business number. just imagine how much loss i had to go through because of these routine suspensions.
Kindly help me, I want to file a case against the idea cellular and demand a compensation for the loss of business opportunities, mismanagement happening in my business and for the tainted image of my agency in the minds of my clients due to these suspensions.

Hi,

I took Idea Prepaid connection on 1st Nov 2010. I had balance of Rs 60/. in 2 days i made 2 outgoing calls and sent some 10 messages. when i checked my balance, i shocked to see Rs. 48 got deducted in 3 days !!! When i contacted customer care, that executive spoke arrogantly without giving convincing answer to my query.

Can we expect reliable service and responsible customer care from Aditya Birla group ??

sir aaj tak aapke excutive se har lagn se bat karke koi matlab nahi huaa, mera problems ye hai ki muze gprs ke zute charges lagaye gaye, aare aap ka data show karta hai aap ke moniter me uses display ho rahae hai arey jab custmer bolrahi ki usne use nahi kiya aur usko worng charges lagaye gaye aap logo ke excutive hai yaa custmour break karne ke liye job kar rahe hai itne chip logo ko chair pe bhaita ke logo se paise vasul karne ka kam karhe hai. i think this not fair, aap aapne yaha ki service ko sudharo sir ji varna idea ko aapny company bandh karwana padhe. are mai continue complaint karke bhi koi result nahi milta tho kya matlab hai aapke company card use karke, arey mera mob- no 9657861170 nilesh choudhari ke namse hai plz chek karo yar other wise mera concetion bandh karwadho. i hope ki iska koi result milega nahi milta tho turnat meri idea ki service bandh karna plz ye meri resquest hai plz not down my resquest.

The Worst customer service i ever seen in my life.. Idea customer care sucks to the dead.. The customer care representatives if they cant handle the call the response will be " Sorry sir, plz b on call. m transferring to the other representative" and they wont wait for our reply, suddern hold after that if u waitn whole day also they wont respond.. The worst network i ever seen, customer care stupids i ever seen.... I MEAN IT... I wil cancel my 5 years Idea service now and move on to other networks who s far better then stupid IDEA.

I am Siva bearing telephone number 9553551054 from last 1 year. Recenlty I observed there is a deduction of 1 Re every day. On 10th Jan 2011 called customer with charges 50 Ps /3 min and was told that deduction is because os VAS services.So I logged compliant no SR 1-12152670061 to deactivate and received message stating that service is going to be deactived on 11th. I checked on 13 th for any deductions on 12th and noticed that they sacked 1 re on 12th. On 13 th again i reported caling and was that my earlier case was request, now this time is it complaint and provided complaint number SR 1-12183364132. Now i realised that i was being cheated for twice.

IDEA should change their life first by stopping royal begging.
