this is to update you that i am post paid user of idea since long but again coming up on servicing part every things end up when u stuck up in any problem and come back to customer care to resolve the problem , most of the time ccare guys seems more handicap then us as customer , i am facing roaming problem from 2 days and not at all getting satisfactory results as of now , which feel like stuck up with a pathetic condition .

This is to request u tat my traffi plan is been changed to 1 paise plan from youth59 without my knowledge nd informing me so i request u to set back my old traffi plan as soon as possible

No use with Idea Customer care and the email ids which u upload here. I got Auto response for the mail which i send but after that no reply message and no action agaist my complaint. still amount is debeted from account.
If possible, pls let me know the next step.

from ard 4-5 months i m getting premium service charge in my idea bill...........so just last month i contacted customer care abt it
they said u must b using some caller tune or sum other service.......tht wa really a shock to m as i never requested for any service.................so they replied it cud have happened tht by mistake u must have agreed to one of our advertisement calls ............so i said so can u deactivate the service ...then after a moment she said the service is deactivated then i requested to do sumthin so tht i don`t get any sms or call by which these charges r formed..........she said she has activated some service{i don`t remember name of the thing} which was free of cost ...by which they wud nt call m.

but nw this month again i being charged for premium service
i want to ask y the hell is idea cheating its customers...wat shud i do abt it

i m using idea no. 9917031558 (agra) and working witm mrf ltd.
The balance of 285 rs is deducted from my account. When i asked to customer care, i got information that i have made a call for up board result for 40 minutes on 26.05.2010.
This is confirmed that i have not made any call on such numbers because i dont have 40 minutes for one call.

Can you please help me on the matter??

and you deduct 10 rs. every month from my balance. ok that's fine. I agree that you were make a mistake. but the problem is that now I want to remove it and you don' give me the procedure to remove it. I had call to 4444 on 24-04-10 to remove it. She ask me the unnecessary question that give me your date of last recharge etc. She tell me that you send an msg to 53030 & write "NSUB FILMY10". Then this facility will remove to your mobile phone. But it removes 3 Rs. to your balance. I says ok no problem but you sure that this facility will remove. She says surely removed. I had done whatever she says. and you remove my balance also. I think ok. But after another saturday to till date, you don't remove this facility to my mobile phone. Your customer care officer also don't give the proper answer.

SO NOW PLS REMOVE THIS FACILITY TO MY MOBILE PHONE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

I'm using idea prepaid service from last four years.I would not like to change the service as this is my first n old no.I had activated a lifetime plan which will expire in Nov '10. Intially I used to appreciate ur service, however with the passing time u failed to maintain ur charm n now from GOOD u r becoming THE WORST.Your service is full of problems.Neither ur able to provide good service nor ur able to handle the problems of ur customers.
Since last week without any information or my knowledge ur deducting money stating that the deduction is for VAS.When I never activated any how can u deduct the money. I called up customer care but they r not able to handle the problem n hence I'm forwarding my complaint to u.Kindly SMS to customers like me to discontinue the service if u do not really care for them. There r many service providers in the market who provides good service than ur's.You should be thankful to us that we r still loyal to u.
AN IDEA CAN CERTAINLY CHANGE ONE'S LIFE, HOWEVER WITH ABHISHEK ON THE SCREEN IS NOT REALLY GONE WORK IN UR CASE UNTILL U REALLY MEAN IT OR TAKE CARE OF IT.

i m a customer of IDEA for the last 6 YEARS.
i was having the postpaid plan right from the start
it was all going smooth until i had GPRS on my no. first i called the customer care to enquire about the tariff plans and he suggested me the plan of 300 witch was free surfing & down loading on my MOBILE & PC
then after using it for 3 months i deactivated the GPRS as i had broad band connection at home & office as well.it was on 20 feb i called the customer care to deactivate the plan but i recieved the bill for the month of march & april with the rental of gprs .i called the customer care then after much persuation i got the waiver but they told me that my plan will stand deactivated from 4th of march & i have to pay upto that date (125 rs) for the same + the tax which they have calculated on my no. with the wrong bil remained their which was about 100 RS i was made to pay for that as they told me that if i dont pay they will disconnect my no. so i had to pay the same (i got the waiver of abut 600 rs on my no.)
paying at least 250 RS more than my actual bill.
then one day when i called the customer care your executive asked me for my usage and he suggested me to get the 89 GPRS plan which is free for mobile for either surfing & downloading and your executive helped me do the gprs settings on my no. MANUALLY and then i received a bill of 1500 with 750 rs for GPRS and now they are telling me that thay have send me some four types of settings & they have accepted that it was from there end that i got my settings wrong
sir/mam i am humble customer unless my bill is corrected i cannot pay the bill
it is very difficult for me to give back the no. wtich i was using for the last 6 YRS
but i am helpless as i cannot pay such amounts
you can check my account i have been a loyal customer
but now i have no options unless u help me out
this is my third message to you
