Subject-Complaint regarding Mobile No.9785313611 & 9785313623

I subscribed (purchased) above two numbers from Super Electronics, Station Road, Ajmer with details as below -
9785313611 on 11.1.2008 in the name of Sitaram Tiwari ,submitted Photo and photo ID
9785313623 on 15.1.2008 in the name of Jayanti Tiwari ,submitted Photo and photo ID
These No.s were activated and verified from company by asking Name etc. and the correct names as above were replied.

The problem about 9785313611 started about eight to ten months back when Idea Co. caller asked the name and informed that this No. is not in your Name and asked to submit my photo and Photo ID again. I pleaded that how it can be in others name when I subscribed it and using it from last two years and Co. never raised any complaint. I contacted Idea Co. Officials who convinced that it is on Govt. directions and it will be corrected once you submit above documents. In the mean time the no. was disconnected .I complied with Co. directions and submitted my photo and photo ID at Idea franchise, Kutchery Road Ajmer .I asked for the receipt but it was told that they don’t give receipt it is done on line and work will be done. Subsequently the no. was reconnected.
Now again the same thing is being repeated. My no. is again disconnected on 6.1.11. I pleaded at 198 and it was conveyed by Mr. Mukul Sharma through Ma’m Mahak that no. will be restored with in 24 hrs. (Complaint no.12119185720 dt.8.1.11).But it was not. I contacted several times at 198 (complaint) and 51235 (verification dept.)But they are evasive and ask to contact Idea office / that they can’t do any thing. At Idea office they asked to contact Idea Nodal Officer. I tried your no.9887405611 at least thirty times on different dates and time but couldn’t get you. This process consumed lot of time, energy and caused mental agony. Now I request you to restore this no. in my name and reconnect it without any further delay.

The problem about 9785313623 the story is same. The documents were resubmitted on 2.12 2010 at franchise office Ajmer, but it is told that the no. is not in your name.Therefore restore it in the name Jayanti Tiwari as originally subscribed.

I also request to check whether any no has been issued on our IDs and delete them. These are mistakes at IDEA office and we will not be responsible if they are misused.

This is to log a complaint about the idea service provided, im realy disappointed by the service provided. when an out going call gets over at 59th sec, the msg which shows on the idea will be 1min and 1sec which is incorrect and charge double money. i will cascade this to all my friends and relations about the cheat. This is not right what the idea is doing.

I got a overcharged postpaid bill of vodafone.
in Jan 2011 i changed my plan after getting a call from their executive and when i got the bill on 6th feb 2011,it was just double than the normal monthly bill.
when i spoke to the vodafone call centre they told that we cant do the reversal.
its very bad and frustating that Vodafone is overcharging from its old and loyal customer.
In future i ll never suggest to any one to go for Vodafone.

Salauudin didnt tell me the vodafone will be charging all my sms @ 50
paise per sms after changing the plan.I was nt informed this and at

totally wrong and unethical.I am a very old and loyal customer of
Vodafone,if u will do this with the customer like me,tht will gv a

vodafone has charged all my sms @50 paise per sms starting from 6th
Jan 2011,while i was active on a sms pack of Rs 89.According to that
pack all of my sms must be charged @1 paise per sms till the
deactivation of the sms pack.
So you have overcharged me in sms.
Kindly do the reversal in the bill and make the correct changes.



Kindly look in the metter and resolve it so tht i dnt make my mind to
shift to some other telecome company.
I wrk in fortis and will never allow Vodafone in Fortis group if this
issue doesnt goes in favour of me .

Then yesterday night I contact to the Idea Customer care for the same scheme. and told him each & every thing regarding this offer and ask him a question that "Is it for only MNP?" he says yes but can also get this benefit but it`s not on 59/- it`s on 69/- your retailer mention wrong that will only on 69/- not on 59/-.
Then I asked him that, " Boss toh kya main kal 59/- ki jagah 69/- ka recharge karwa loon". then he told me yeah u can.

Then I contact on 12345 they says "you have no call credit to contact our Customer care" then I bought a coupon of 22/- and contact to three customer care Including 1 female and the response of all three customer care are zero for me they says "I can`t do anything and your 69/- Rs. is non refundable during this conversation I got an sms from Idea "with number 5060512764653885, Dear Subscriber, U just interacted with Raghubeer. If u r satisfied with the interaction, please type Y, if not type N and reply toll free to this msg.
I replied N. then I got another sms frm same number that, "Thank you for participating in the survey and sharing your valuable feedback.This will help us serve you better.
