I am using idea sim from last 4 years, my number is 9812277045. I do not understand that y u people are unnecessarily deducting money from my account without my permission from March 2010? Customer care officer is not registering my compaint and I have stopped the services, idea radio & bollywood batein, which have been activeted in my number without my permission from March 2010. I want my money, which has been deducted by idea from March 2010, back becauses services have been activated without my permission.
This is not first time that idea is harrasing me by activating services without my permission. Kindly look into the matter or else I need to seriously think about change in the service provider. Inspite of speaking to the customer care people they all provided me with different information and were total helpless,after that i spoke to a senior person today who said she can't help it b'coz the service was deactivated on 06 June 2010,this is to inform u that the service was deactivated from the customer care people to whom i spoke on 06 June 2010

it is to inform that from last few days we are experiencing deduction of rs.2 everyday on our idea no. 9837463042. and also we get a regular msg cointaining the information of 'subscription to BABA RAMDEV ON USSD daily is renewed at rs2 for 1 day' whereas we neither subscribed nor needed this service. infect we don't need any type of sevices.

so it is an humble request from our side that please deact all these services. and don't push us to change our service provider.

i have a complained that why idea company on the schems without taking the permission of the custmores and when at a time customer ask to the customer care centre t a time they give answer that company called them and they switched on the differnt schems . i am suffering with this problem please do not switch on any schems without taking custmorer's permission plz.

I m Mr T N Agrawal from pune having idea mobile no. 9763806819. Since i cannot go to idea branch due to my busy schedule i would like to register complaint via this media. In apr'10 one of the schemes named summer contest got activated and rs5 started getting deducted from my prepaid idea mobile daily reducing my balance from around 250 to almost nil. When i gave a call to 198 complaint cell of idea they told that its me who has activated this service which i m sure is not correct. I never subscribe to any of the schemes infact not even the dialler tones. Most respectfully i want to say that ur idea customer care officer Mr. Pravin D didn't response well about my problems & he disconnetted the call.When i call again then the call is not connected to your helpline no. 12345.
My problem was that your company had activated different services from last one month & when i call customer care then they said you have activated it..I am student & i get fixed money for recharge purposes,if my balance is detected like this then what shoud i do?Problem was that if i actived that services & my balance was deducted then its ok but i never activated that plan then whyy should i give my money.Your customer care officer has said that you have activated this through company call by pressing some button but my mobile is single user i am educated person so how should i activate that services.If it happens first time then i beleived that i had activated that by pressing some key but it happened several time & the reply was same.
So it is my request to please take the necessary action as early as possible & return my money..My no. on which service is activated is 9012460676 but you contact me on 9837201567 as i have given that no. to my brother now..If you do so i will be very greatful to you.

I am extremely upset by the arrogant attitude of Idea staff. I took SIM card of Idea no. 09881746241 and 09881746238 from Telephone shoppe , Aundh.

I submitted all the necessary documents with the forms
I attached copy of Police verification report, copy of passport, copy of electricity bill etc as desired by the dealer.

The SIM card was in use for 3-4 days when we received the message that services of one of these numbers will be suspended and that I need to meet the dealer immediately.

Dealer was not in position to explain me the reason and meanwhile the number got de activated.
After few days, dealer said that some documents were not proper so I need to submit fresh forms. I did the same when again the other number(09881746238) got deactivated. Again dealer was not in position to tell anything and after some days I came to know that because of signature problem the numbe was deactivated.

Again I submitted fresh form for that number and thenumber got de activated

Meanwhile, my first number got deactivated without any reasons

When enquired from dealer, he said that the number is de activated because verification call was negative on account of address and name.

Its surprising because, we never received any confirmation call, we stay at the same address for which Police verification report was attached.
Due to this, I lost a recharge balance of about Rs 300/-


My questions are:
(1) Why numbers are activated before verification process?
(2) How can I get refund of my money for both the numbers, as I do not want to continue with Idea anymore?
(3) I fully disagree with false claims that verification was negative.
(4)Why is IDEA deactivating the numbers on flimsy grounds?

I am using an idea No. 9926103380. This No. was an prepaid connection and I am using this since last 3-4 years. Last month I have given an application of changing this no from post paid to pre paid at your authorised Idea & You showroom SRL NETCOM, M.P. Nagar, Zone 1, Bhopal. I have cleared all my outstanding payments. They have ollected all necessary documents & gave me one sim. they said that sim will get activated after 48 Hrs. After 5 days sim was not activated. I visited them. They charged me Rs.50 and gave me another sim & said that this will be activated next day.

Now almost 13 days are over but sim is still not activated. Today i visited at SRL NETCOM for the querry, they said that they can't do anything.

You are requested to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

i am idea prepaid customer.
it's my mistake. that i am a idea prepaid customer.
cause now-a-days my account balance are debited from my account so i want to stop using the idea service.

I took an IDEA BB connection in early june. Since then, i am having problems as under:

1. I took an ISD facility, but due to low credit limit my ISD got cut. Even after paying at IDEA Baner Pune outlet, the ISD was not activated for 10 days.

2. I paid in advance to avoid this again, but my account did not get credited for 4 days. Again, IDEA outlet Baner was involved.

3. I cannot reach the IDEACARE number 9822012345. It says pl. check the number (????)

4. I cannot make ISD calls to Tanzania, East Africa where my business is, since last 15 days approx. It shows connected but no sound comes, and I am billed for it.

5. The !DEA - An !dea can change your life... website simply fails to open.
6. The IDEA showroon at Bhandarkar roa, Pune is the most customer UNFRIENDLY place I have seen. For even a one enquiry we have to take a coupon & simply wait.

Is this the big IDEA from Birlas? I am frustrated and don't know where to contact.
