Having aggrieved with the services of Idea Cellular postpaid services, I hereby bring to your notice that despite my repeated requests to your customar care executives, my pbill for the month of June 2010 has not been received in my given email bhattp.asrb@gmail.com. In this connection, I would like to state that the idea cellular services have become very bad for quite sometime and I am experiencing difficulties due to non-receipt of postpaid bills timely as the bill is required for official purpose, in fact, for reimbursement purposes.

In such case, I will have no option but to surrender the idea services if the services are continuously like this.

I applied for a post-paid connection to my existing pre-paid idea

identity proof and an amount of Rs.500 and assured me that the
connection would be activated within 24 hours. But after 6 days, the
verification has not yet completed. He is not even picking up my phone

I am contacting idea customer case since 5 days and each time I lost my money (idea is charging for contacting customer care .. not sure about others) but no support from customer care. They don't care about customer.
I opened a complain with them and they rejected it saying they don't have complete information! They were suppose to call me to get all information but no one called but message came saying my complaint got REJECTED.....

I don't have a single instance when they responded correctly.

i was using idea postpaid connection for last 7 years. my no. is 9812537834 now i want to convert this number in to prepaid .therefor i went to local care center. there i submitted all required documents and paid all dues. now it is three days that my this number is not working. if i contact the care center i don't get the satisfying answer. i am facing much problem because of this delay from your-side.
