I am Jagbir Singh holding prepaid Idea M.No 8750325970. My complaint is without my request or knowledge Idea activated service " Box office portal" and deducted my balance Rs.40.

I spoken idea customer care related this, he was not able to give satisfactory answer why idea activated this service without my request or knowlege. i requested him pls write my complaint and give me reference no. He replied me that i forwarded your complaint and reference no, you will get on your mobile within one minute. But till time i did not received any reference no of my complaint from idea side.
It is very serious matter without request or konwlege of subscriber idea activating value added service and deducting balance. such activity of idea. Idea reputation will go down you know......

I request you please whatever my balance deducted same give back immdly. i want to know that why it happend and ensure me that in future it will not happen.

I am a idea prepaid user, and have been having troubles with balance deduction over the last two months. I have on multiple occasions talked to Idea Customer Care Executives and asked them to deactivate the services that i am being charged for. Though they do deactivate them but almost simultaneously new services are activated without my consent. I don't get any message that i have activated a particular service.

Kindly suggest a way out of this unnecessary trouble...!!

i'm a loyal customer of the idea repaid service. on 15th Sept i received a sms saying that some "cricket pack" has been activated. that day i called up the executive to deactivate any scheme that has been activated on my number for which he agreed. For next 15 days my phone was switched off because i had gone on a tour without carrying my phone. yesterday when i returned i came to know that my balance is 0.95 paise which was Rs 50. I'm really dissatisfied by this and i want refund..

dt 02/10/10 at my idea chit chat a/c balance is 229.64 rupees but now a day bal is 205 ( dt 04.10.10 at 01.00 am) . During this period 2 or 3 call connected by me . so pls sand or reply call detail , any activation or other on my idea prepaid no ( 97540 70401 ) regarding my a/c balance deduction.

This gives me pain to say that IDEA is such a fraud and cheat company I ever come to know.
These ****ers deducted money rom my account without my consent against activating services automatically in my account and simply sent me the message that they activated the services.

What a shit! why someone would like a service activated on account without knowledge.

Please be informed that undersigned was using IDEA Mobile approximately six months before. My number was 09011868872. But now I was informed by one of my friends that my old number is ringing and someone is using the same. It is understood that card is in the custody of a stranger and he told me that he had purchased the same form a shop owner.

Please let me know if you would allot the same number to new users after a defined period or please let me know what is the formalities to stop any manipulation by a third person.

now daily cutting of money from my mobile is going on without talking to any body .daily balance is decreasing even today on 13 oct is only 175/= please look into the matter urgently & do needful so that decreasing of money should stop immediately .i have totally disappointed form your act sir.i believe your some employee are doing this type of act & spoiling the name of such good company .

Yesterday I had purchased a new Sim Card/Mobile no. 9540361161 and
activate the same arround 5.00 P.M. after that my talk time balance
was Rs.109.310 paisee. Today morning i have check my balance then I
found that Rs.30/-was deduct for Rediff Health Services which was
never activated by me, and I did not get any comfirmation call or
sms for the same.
You are requested check this matter personaly & credit the deduction
amount ASAP.
