I am Rajesh and I have a number of Idea 9891344965 from last around 8 years.I live at Brij Vihar in Ghaziabad And that time I gave the ID of my father in laws ID.When first time Idea asked for ID proof I told him that which ID proof would be submitted and he told me to submit my current ID when I am using the number and I submit my ID proof .And every time when Idea asked for ID proof I gave my ID which belongs to my current residence where I am staying from last 6 years.

Now today i went to Idea office to submit the ID proof he told me that this number is not registered by my name.It is registerd by another name.How can it possible?
It might you departments fault that he entered the wrong name and ID for my name.

I have not receiving my miss call alert from last 3 months. I was complaining severally at your customer care centers but not proper reply get to me. If still i do not get proper reply to me, i will file a complaint in consumer court against you. I request you to kindly switch on my miss call alert within 24 hours.

Idea cellular is the worst cellular service in the country as it is a cheat.I have been charged continuously for some services for i have not subscribed.The chargeable amount goes up-to 30 Rs at a time. It is very disgusting to note that after making several calls to customer care,my problem has not been solved.First of all calling your customer care number and getting connected to your executive is a cumbersome process and after getting connected, proper solution is not provided.If you are not taking action immediately i would be filling a complaint against you in consumer court and thats a promise.Please return back my balance.

I have an idea prepaid connection. I have been getting regular problems with my messaging. Since my earlier problem's been resolved a new problem's arisen. I send one sms and multiple copies of the same sms are sent to the same number and i get charged for each sms. The customer care number is not reachable most of the times. This kind of service is not expected of a reputable service provider like idea. I would like to register this complaint.

from the past 3-4 months,there are unnecessary balance deductions on my number.
i have not taken any ch99 service schemes but then also from the last 3-4 months after every 2 days my balance gets less by Rs 3.
number of times i have informed this to idea customer care but sometimes they do not pick the cal and sometimes they deactivate the scheme but a day after it again activates
the execuives have no manners to talk to customers.
my balance also gets deducted if i cal for complaint and while the bell is ringing,i.e even before the exec picks the call
i have got fed up by idea connection and will never recommend any of my friend for this connection and also i will change my connection if this continues.

hello, today my amount got deducted for some shit caller tune which i havent heard in my life .. can credit my amount back asap ... and ya your customer care service is shity ..none bothers to answer the calls even after waitiing online for half an hour .. really this is no way to treat your customer
