Default Disactivation of schemes

hello,

I am Mr. M.D. Luhar, My idea no. is 9723099573, I am really bothered by your unnecessary schemes since last several months . My amount got deducted for some schemes of about 30 Rupees every months.

I had tried so many time to disactivate all kinds of silly schemes. but no respone from your side as I got loss about Rs. 30 still in this date... really this is no way to treat your customer.

Kindly disactivate all the schemes and do needful.

They are charging less for outgoing calls but deducting more than actual by doing so... they are just making money dude by deducting RS.30 from the account. Think of the Villagers who do only know how to receive and cut the call...these guys(Idea,Vodafone,Airtel,Reliance..etc) doing such things to make money from consumers... Illlitratre Villagers might think they have used.. in actual.. it mobile providers who do such things... Govt. should have strict cell to act against such fraud.. just calculate amount out of 120 cores Indian how many will be using Idea * Rs. 30 per Month... its is just rs.30 for Individual but for company its very huge amount...

Thumbs down Wrong balance deduction

Sir,my idea mob. No is 9093980808,
The west bengal cc officers are so USELESS & LIER that they said my gprs5 pack has been deactivated,but after then when i recharge my account with Rs.35 ALL MY BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED IN 5 DAYS.SO I AM APPLYING YOU TO CHANGE THE SYSTEM OF WEST BENGAL CUSTOMER CARE.AND REFUND MY DEDUCTED BALANCE IMMEDIATELY.

my name is kumar peyush. my idea number is 9990659951.today i recieved sms of full talktime in rs. 300. i recharged but not get full amount. i talked to custmor care, told will soon get rest amount but i have not get it till time. please do needful soon.

the most pathetic service without doubt... i've called customer care some 6 times to deactivate morning raga which i dono how it got activated... every time they keep saying that they have deactivated from their side and i keep losing money. every time they say they'l take a complaint if its not done but they refuse to take... without doubt the most frustrating and irresponsible service!!!have lost rs40-50 already on that! mob number 9844988949....

Default ur facility of changing caller tunes

Dear,
i wana say that if i want to change my caller tune so there is 2-3 option availiable 1 is 55456 call,another write name n send this to 53463 n 1 is other but from there it is not going n help me out so i suggest u that u hv to bring ur oldest pattern back frm where we just call n ur exicutive just change it n the call charges is also 2/- min. so i think u should think about that my con....no is 09889281795..
Hope u think better i m using this from last 4 years.

Default NON RECEIPT OF BILLS (Mob No. 91-9718306040)

Sir / Madam,

This is with reference to my talks had with Mr. Kamal, one of IDEA executives, who has noted concern vide ref No. 100434443 on date.

He has informed that current months bill had been delivered to Ms. Anita. I may inform you that there is no such person available at 128, Samaj Kalyan Apartments, on which the connection has been obtained.
This problem has been taken from past 5 months, without any action taken from your end. However your message for deivery status of bill is being received through SMS.

You are requested to take up the matter with concerned authorities to whom the bill is being delivered & justify the reasons for Non Delivery at 128, Samaj Kalyan Apartments.

The other matter in respect of Mobile No. 91-9990372395 is also pending for the same reasons at your end.
Your action on the matter would be appreciated under an intimation to the undersigned

I am holding idea mobile prepaid with no:9947111585, recently without my request some CH99 magazine is activated. Rs 1 per day is being deducted. Myself even don't know what is this service. I don't want this service. Deactivation code as per the massage is "DeactCH1" . NO USE EVEN deactivation is requested. So please deactivate it Otherwise I will be compelled to choose another cellular service company's SIM with great pain of loosing this SIM(number) my balance also gets deducted if i cal for complaint and while the bell is ringing,i.e even before the exec picks the call i have got fed up by idea connection and will never recommend any of my friend for this connection and also i will change my connection if this continues.

i recharge 13 easy recharge for 15 days validity
previous validity 15 days available
but on 19-11-2010 there are 10 days validity says by customer care

he says that easy recharge 10 days, paper recharge 15 days validity is it legal offer ,
or is it legal but why you not inform

I know why they are deducting amount from your account daily, not just you intact many like you and the same money is used to pay the salaries of bunch of slacks and sloppy employees of idea cellular . I am sure the company realizes that by now, they cannot improve the standards of low cost unskilled labors of idea cellular and hence they decided to rip off customers in smaller amounts from all circles to pay the salaries of junkies working at idea cellular.
After all sir jee ke ideas are always bright!!

This is so true , but I guess there are brighter ideas which we as customers can take money out from these fraud providers , buy a postpaid activate international calls , roaming and all services they can provide use it and , put your hands up by saying sorry I cannot pay .

To avoid all commercial call from idea cellularTo activate DND.My number is 9526838318.You surely looking to this matter and proceed this.And yesterday you activated caller tune without my permission and its really painful.so take adequate measures against this.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that My idea mobile no.is 7654030027, the service has been stopped by the idea cellular mobile service without any reason.

For your information during taking the new connection, I have submitted my ID and address proof documents along with my photograph two times. First time all document submitted to retailer on 22th Sept,10 and second time to your authorized distributor office at Jamshedpur on 13th oct,10. After that my mobile service is continued without any problem.

But without any reason, again my mobile no. has disconnected from the service.

Please look and take appropriate action in this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Default Non Activation of Sim Of No-8108142472

I have bought it from Idea Gallary from Bandra (W) but it getting around 12 days left but the sim not yet to activate. No outgoing and incomming calls can possible from this mobile no. Customer care unit on dated 30/11/2010 Mrs Dipali and Chetan not co-operate even Idea Gallary Emplyee Mr Sameer not help mi to activate my mobile . I feeling so much harrasment and mental headach for this i going to court for PIL @ bad incorpoation from Idea Cellular. It is the worst service that they are giving mi.

Varification thru phone was done.. while the person came at my house for physical varification, nobody was at my house but collected my details from my neighbour. After that, when I inserted the SIM, I came to know that the numbers are entirely different.

So, I would request you to please activate the above number at the very earliest & oblige.
