I called the 198 number to register a complaint regarding balance deductions but they say i have activated daily rental GPRS service, which i disagree as i use WIFI service for browsing purpose, one of your agent named Mohini Hingole was not ready to give me any details about the same with the ''excuse systems are not updated please call after 4 hrs''', then after some argument she changed her statement to ''systems are down cant give you any details''.

Are they siting there to fool us, or is idea such a beggar that it has to deduct balance without any reason.
