    Dear sir,

    I have been using mobile no. 9743789550. From past 6-8 months, an amount of Rs.30 is being deducted every month for the services of Big Radio. I have never requested or ordered for this services.I hav tried several times to de-activate this services but the complaints have never been complied.

    I have opted the services of Idea mobile network considering your reputation. But due to your poor response i am having a thought of changing the service provider. Once again, I request you to immediately stop deducting the subscription of Rs.30 per month for the Big Radio which i have never subscribed at all. I also request you to immmediately refund the total amount deducted towards the above services failing which the case shall be rooted through Consumer Forum.

    In fact same problem occur with me at Idea may be one year back the complain was lodged to !dea by email. The acknowledgement from the !dea came that they will reimburse the amount but still waiting for reimbursement.

    Dear Sir,

    I am an Idea connection user since 8 - 9 months.My ph no. is 9088039629.
    I received a phone call from Idea on01.02.12 at 16:34 . The executive said that being a privileged customer they are offering me some facilities most respectfully. THEY SPECIFIED THAT FOR ENJOYING THOSE FACILITIES I NEED NOT HAVE TO PAY A SINGLE RUPEE.The facility will be for 1 month from the day it gets activated. They said it will be activated on the day itself. But after some time I saw that an amount of Rs. 97 has been deducted from my account balance.I immediately contacted the customer care.They took the complain and told it will be solved by 03.02.12 10 am. On 03.02.12 I got the SMS that it could not be resolved as the deduction was right. They were very harsh towards me. So I need your help in this regard and need my amount back in my main balance account.

    # Their CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES are very Harsh
    # THEY DO ILLLEGAL DEDUCTION
    # NOT ONLY THIS TIME THEY HAVE DONE SUCH WRONG DEDUCTIONS BEFORE ALSO.
