Myself Jatin Sabharwal purchased an IDEA postpaid no 9990209996 from one of the idea agency and have paid the fee of Rs. 250 to them in cash on 19 Jan 2012, at the time of purchase I've been advised that this no will be activated in 24 hrs time, but until now this is not been activated. When i call the agency i bought the no from to confirm the status they have given me the false commitment again and again, but now they are not even responding to my calls, I called one of their senior Manager Ashutosh (9891005963) several times and even he is providing me wrong information, now he is also not responding to my calls. Today I received a welcome letter from IDEA that my service has been activated and billing has been start but as of now the no is not activated. I sent an email twice on to the customer care but no response as of now. Can you please help me out to resolve this matter ASAP.
