I am using idea mobile connection for the past 2.5 years.
But 10 days ago my service is on hold due to some problem in my documents
then i submitted my documents again on 3rd Dec 2010
at Pace Telecom shop No.-2, Plot No.- Y-349 C, Sector-12, Noida.
After then i call the idea care they told that my documents are not reached us and tell me to wait for 24-48 hrs.
Again waiting for the time they provide i called the idea care they told me to wait for 24-48 hrs again After that my customer care is barred. My complain number is 1-11746897972

do hell idea customer care you make people just fool and not understand the harrasment that cause to customer we are ur customer not the people to whom u can make fools easily we as being customer can lodge complaint against ur company to consumer forum
