Dear Sir,
This is ridicules. I have been calling in applet authority since two days. but I have not received any response from there.I have been waiting for reply from appellate authority but they don't have time to reply.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

This is to inform you that your company charged Rs.3525/- for internet usage on 20 Dec 2011.
I have used your internet service download only 88MB. But I am shocked that company have charged Rs. 3525/- for only 88MB?? Now a days company provides internet service maximum Rs. 300/2GB. Your executive misguide us on the call. They did not guide us properly. Further I would like to let you know that your unprofessional employees does not have the knowledge how to take care of the customer. I haven’t received any proper reply from your executive. Further I would like to let you know that your authorities sends bill collectors at home again and again. They were drinker and misbehave with my sister (alone at home)asking her to pay Rs.25 to provide the cover of idea. They are calling us continually to make the payment. They giving us mentally pressure instead of resolve the issue. And this is ridicules, it is not acceptable at all. There is no professionalism in your company. I have told that provide me the final settlement amount which I can pay. But they don’t have time to listen us. Your executive gives us harassment…
It is my mistake to switched to idea. It is my mistake to trusted on your service. There is no any kind of customer service or customer satisfaction , no one has the authority to resolve the issue of customer. your executives have no time to listen the voice of customer. I have been wasting my time behind you….
Request you to intervene and help to resolve this issue. We have been facing lots of problem due to your company’s service. I want to pay out the dues and I want to leave idea. Also I want to tell this issue to all my network to leave idea due to harassment to customer.

I am extremely sorry to inform you that the service provided by your company is just ridiculous. I have done portability of my mobile no. to Idea Card last month with high hopes of best and cheap services. But I am surprised to see bill of Rs. 4425.85/-
I cannot understand how your company can charge Rs. 2316.64+1209 for internet usage on 20 Dec 2011.
I feel like being cheated by your company.
Request you to intervene and help and Pls stop all additional services like internet at earliest.
We need only incoming and outgoing call only.
