My mobile number is +919879959374 and my service provider is Idea prepaid, I logged a complain for incorrect deduction of my balance of Rs.100 few days ago but I never received any refund as promised by them and on top of that I activated blackberry service plan of Rs.399 for 1 month, balance of Rs. 399 has already been deducted but they never activated my blackberry services, i am sick and tired of calling customer service and speaking to those illiterate representatives, i need refund of rs.100 for incorrect deduction of which complaint is already logged and also refund of rs.399 for blackberry service which was never activated on my handset.
