This is chiranjeevi. I have made recharge of 149 on Jan 31,2012 to my dad num(+91-8121737288) through online banking, Money was deducted from my account but the recharge was fail. My dad got this message, "Payment was successful, recharge failed". My reference number is : MHDF2680632128 . Please help out me to get my money back. When I called customer care they are saying that "reference number might be wrong otherwise you will get recharge in 24 hrs". Please help out me..
