I am using an Idea No.9814415015 for last 4 years,this is first time when such incident has happened to me. I have been visited to idea showroom(company’s own showroom)) in sector 35 Chandigarh, related to conversion of my connection from postpaid to prepaid as well as for the bill payment for the month of June. But one of from your staff executive(lady) has rejected my documents for the conversion process , saying that the photograph is not cleared on the documents,and when I offered her my documents to made a clear copy of it by herself, she rejected that and misbehaved, from next day onwards she started making calls for the bill payment and send collection executive at my residence,this is purely an harassment case.

Now i want that conversion should be done and provide me all the details related to that as soon as possible and my advice to you that lady must be fired from services who is damaging your brand image.

I purched new idia connection on 5/07/2010 from idia retail store Vikash Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. But till now did not activate new number. Retailer every time said that activate within one hour, I am facing very big problem due to this cause. My new Connection number is 9990018099.I submitted all reqired documents at perchasing time.
