I am Abhishek Soni. I would like to make a complain regarding post paid connection of Idea at Jalhalli Cross Bangalore. Store name is Imex. I would like to explain date by date.

I applied for a post paid connection at Jalhali cross store.I met Mr Vinayak. I have given my Dl, Security deposit ( Rs 400) and rent agreement . I was promised to activate the connection by evening. Details of post paid connection is as follows-
(1) Mobile Number- 9964750424
(2) Sim No- 8991440001501224560
(3) Application Number- 108798
After one hour I got a call from Mr Vinayak that your agreement is expired so we need Rs 50 for renewable. I came to know that so I went there immediately I have given Rs 50. I was promised by Mr Vinayak that It will be activated by 23rd Dec 2011.

I saw that my sim card was not got activated I made a call to Mr Vinayak (9844236876). But He did not receive my call.

I went at store but Vinayak was not there.One person who was there he said It will be activated by Monday.due to some technical problems.

My sim was not got activated.Again I called them they said technical problem. After that in evening I got a call from Mr Vinayak. He informed me that this number has been booked already.So please select other number. I am going to start my business so on visiting card I have put the same number and I have given this number to my clients for future contact.But he requested so I was agreed for changing the number. The new number was 9964283424.He said within one hour this number will be activated.Thhis number was given by Mr Vinayak only. But it did not happen.

I went at store but he said technical problem, Your documents are completed, wait till tomorrow.I said OK. I met Mr Vijay who is the boss of Mr Vinayak. His number is 9743064448. He said at any cost my number will be activated by tomorrow till evening.

My sim card was not got activated.

I went at store. I met Mr pankaj he said that till 7pm it will be activated but at 7pm my sim card was not got activated. Again I went there but Mr Pankaj was not there. I made a call two three times but he did not response to my call.

I got a message fro mr vinayak(8867228127) he was asking for sim number and and mobile number.I have given but I did not get any response till now.After that I made a call to mr Pankaj. He said this number is also booked please select other number.

So sir in brief -
(1) My sim card was not got activated.
(2) I have list my clients and planning of business.
(3) Mentally harassment.
(4)Wasting of money.
(5)not getting proper]services.
I would request you that please activate my same number as soon as possible and punish them for bed services.
