i would like to bring my kind notice to you that, i had a connection of IDEA Postpaid referring my Mobile no. 9093400710 .due to its poor service i wrote a mail to concerned department for disconnecting it and whatever outstanding amount was left i paid it all, infact i would receive Rs. 500 from Idea which i had given as security amount while taking a connection. few days ago i got a call from idea people that i had an outstanding balance of Rs.2000 which i need to pay immediatly, i was shocked to hear as i was not using that number since last 2 month, in contradiction with idea's representative they provided me an hard copy of bill in which unnecessary charges and fines are included . i argued with idea's people for the error in Bill but they insisted me to pay the whole amount disturbing me each and every moment by means of phone calls and house visit i am really upset by the pathetic service of idea. i request you to intervene in this matter.
