I am very much frustrated by the idea service...

I am a prepaid Idea user. About two days back I came to know that an English Speaking service has been activated on my number 9694881222 for which I have never requested and Rs 30 has been deducted for the same from my account. When I contacted the customer care they said that you can deactivate the service by sending messages to so and so number. Since I have not activated the service why should I deactivate the same. I requested them to stop all the unwanted call/messages. I requested them to refund the money which was deducted the service which I had not activated. But they did not respond.

I feel helpless. What a customer can do when these unwanted services get automatically activated without the customer's knowledge and money get deducted for the same.
