my prepaid connection No is 9435040593. I m having Rs 499/- scheme that is free bsnl to bsnl std after 9 pm. But yesterday and today when I made std call to bsnl ,after 9 pm they charged me. it many time happens . I try to match my clock with Doordarshan. So it is not fair that even after 9 pm it charges for bsnl to bsnl std call.It is illegal.

I am facing reliance Caller tune problem. On 10th June 2010, automatically a caller tune got activated on my phone and Rs. 40 deducted from my account. I tried hard to call on customer care to complain about but it was not reachable at all. On 15th June 2010 again the caller tune got Deactivated automatically. but i didn't got my Balance back.
I again tried to call on customer care and after telling about the problem they had told me I have activated the service although I didn't and they are not responsible for any activation or deactivation. when i queried about the mode of activation of the service they remain speechless.

Please help me regarding this. I am from Jabalpur Madhaya Pradesh My Reliance GSM number is 9907512276
