Dear Sir,

I recently applied for Prepaid connection from Airtel and got the connection
as cell no. 9971907260. I Recharged the connection with Rs. 25. During the
course of time (25 days) Airtel has deducted all the talk time value in the
name of value added services which i never applied for and now i have not
enough amount to call from this number.

Airtel is sending SMS that you have activated with value added service and
deducts the amount.

Since i kept this number as my secondary number i never looked at the
promotional messages they sends and i have suffered. On being contacting
with them they are saying that they cannot do anything in this matter.

Amount is too small for me but they practice by which they are charging
customers is ethically wrong. Airtel must be punished severly and
promotional messages must be stopped for all service providers.

I am really pissed off with the kind of service Airtel is providing to their
customer.

Please help me and help the mankind by stopping their illegal and implied
practices.
