I have been using RELIANCE GSM since 6 month but since last 1 months I
got that my balance is reducing everyday. To inform it I had callled
customer care many times but there is no one to recieve my call.

I am completely disappointed by the service provided by reliance due
to there inappropriate service I am avoiding to recharge my balance
since last one week.


If this will be the situation I have to change my sim. this is the
last way m trying to contact the RELIANCE people and that was only
because of the reason that many people have my contact no. and that
would be bit problematic for me if I will change my no.


If the RELIANCE people are not available for providing the service
then why they have provided service no??????????


Even I m not the only one facing this kind of problem my friends also
have same problem.
