Dear Sir

I wish to register complaint against MTS for faulty Internet datacard .
I purchased the same on 14th Jan2012 from Croma outlet , situated in Crown Mall , Faridabad , Inv . No . SLF02A12010025952 .
Since the day of purchase my datacard ( no. 8459945525) is not working properly inspite of many calls from MTS confirming my ID proof and telling me that your card has been registered .
My complaint is :
1/ i called customer care on several occassions but my problem was not solved.
2/ after many calls a person came and told me that your datacard is defective so go to service centre.
3/ i went to service centre on 27th jan 2012 , they checked and said that we will replace it by 3rd feb 2012.
4/ when I checked the same , they are just giving excuses that they have not received the replacement from company (Huavee).
5/ service centre is asking me to contact customer care and customer care is saying that we can't do anything into it.
i request you to please register the same and help me in solving the issue.
