Hi

I want to make a formal complaint about the services that I've received from the recent months, I've been assured & committed many times that I'll receive better & a extra ordinary service from your company but again today it showed the lack of assistance from your Customer Service team. Today i.e. 22/07/2010, I've called 198 to confirm about the Rs. 200 credit to be applied on my account or not & your so called advisor Mr Amit Saundagar from Customer Service I confirmed with him that the Rs. 200 good will credit has been applied on the account or not, after being on hold, he confirms that I've not paid the Rs. 200 to my account, so it has not credited & again I confirmed him that it's a good will credit & again he kept me on a hold for a while & then confirms that there are no notes on the account that confirms about the same, I simply confirmed with him twice that is he sure about what he said & he said YES & I informed him that on my last visit to the Malad (W), Mumbai Vodafone Gallery, a lady named Sangeeta have written a note on my account that confirms about the credit to be applied for Rs. 200 on 25/06/2010 but he stated that no there are no such notes on the account & he asked me to visit to the Vodafone shop again.

I went to the shop & I spoke to a chap called Mohsin & I informed him about the problem & the misinformation that I've experienced due to this I've made a decision to get the service to be cancelled with immediate effect or else I'll break the card into pieces & threw it away, though he offered me an offer & new tariffs but I simply denied those offers who can actually retained me again as a Vodafone customer but I simply said him that I'm not a beggar who is actually looking to get the offer, because, if I accept the offer & again after couple of months, if something goes wrong then again your guys will offer any new offer, so it's better to get to the main root of the cause where this problem was occured, the question is not to get the credit of Rs. 200 or any offers but the question here is for the principle & the status of the customer but your so called cheap UK based telecom company (Vodafone) doesn't understand the problem of their customers, so how can you guys can understand the level of my frustration.

I've given 3 chances to your company to get the good services for what I'm paying & I was never know that my money is going into a wrong hand who actually don't care about me or about their customers, what they only know is that how to grab money from the customer's pocket, though he is crying for his/her ongoing problem.

I've got a reference number from the Mohsin & that is 88140720 & registered my complaint & in the presence of many customers & the advisors at your Malad Vodafone store, I've simply broke the sim card into 3 pieces & asked Mohsin to threw it in the dust bin, I was also about to change my address after 26 July 2010 but again your company showed that you don't value for your customers, still I've not received the bill of Rs. 1700.00 or more & I'm getting a call from the collection team to make the payment, that proves that your company is not responsible that the customers are dying, your simply looking for the money for your enjoyment & to make us fool by giving this level of third grade of marketing.

Till 31 July 2010, if I'm not receiving a call or any communication, I'll understand that your company is not at concern about the problem that I've experienced due to this mental harassment from the month of March 2010.

Though my business will be hampered because, I've broke the card for these cheap services, I actually don't care about it, because on several occasion I've given you chance to get it proved that yes Vodafone actually cares for their customers but here the things are different, they're simply concerned to make money with fooling customers & to achieve their targets!!

I'm also not going to pay the rest outstanding of more then Rs. 1700 towards my account, because, of these false commitments & information.

This matter will be highly escalated in media & also with my friends & relatives, who will think to get Vodafone connection before purchasing it, because, the big marketing chain is human & this is my curse from the bottom of my heart that your company will not survive in this market & every quarter your company will face loss.. what I say that I do it...

One last thing I need the complete copy of the add notes that have been added to my account from your back office team, I want to check all the details for my reference.

Last date for you guys is 26 July 2010 to contact me, after this if I'm not receiving a call or any communication from you guys, I'll consider myself that I'm not your customer & I'm not at all concern about what actions you take.

A big slap to the current MD of Hutch-Essar Mr Asim Ghosh & the CEO of Vodafone Mr Arun Sarin, I've also file this case on the consumer forum website & let the world know about how play with the emotions of the customers by making them fool in all sort of reasons. I really can't understand that a giant telecom company is still being survived in this market after cheating & playing with the emotions of people in India.

A very frustrated & a disappointed customer for a so called cheap third grade company
