Hello,
I have been complaining to Airtel for 5 years about poor reception at my residence, a number of times. They have also acknowledged that the coverage is poor in my area but refuse to fix this problem. Consequently for 12 hours a day (when I am home) I am without Cell phone coverage. So can I claim a 50% refund of my airtel rental for the past 5 years?
Once in every 4 months I lodge a complaint which Airtel has open for 2 months and then send me a SMS saying my complaint is closed!
All complaints to Airtel's nodel and appellate officers have yielded no results. I have a mail from the Aitel nodal officer who acknowledges that Airtel is deficient in their service to me, that they have a technical issue but also say that they are unable to tell me when (if at all) they will be able to fix it. If I get such a response from the nodal officer itself what is my next recourse?
