I am having loop mobile connection no. 9870559499.
Earlier, it was postpaid connection, but, last june, I shifted to prepaid plan.
While shifting the plan, I was told that the deposit, which I had paid at the time of getting the postpaid connection will be refunded with in 90 days; but till date, I have not received the same.
Again, in April, this year, I visited the Fort gallery of Loop Mobile, and registered my complaint with them. That time they told me that I will get my deposit back within a few days, but till date nothing has happened.
