respected sir,
i have called loop mobile customer care. but every time executive disconnected my call and said the reason is i was not responding them. from last 4 days my balance is deducting 7 rs per day. when i asked the reason they said i was in roaming area but i dint go anywhere from my local area. executives are saying they are not able to find out the reason and system is always down. i have recorded all the calls and i have the proof also. please sir help me. its not only about my balance deduction its about the poor service provided by loop mobile.
