    Default loop mobile customer care service

    respected sir,
    i have called loop mobile customer care. but every time executive disconnected my call and said the reason is i was not responding them. from last 4 days my balance is deducting 7 rs per day. when i asked the reason they said i was in roaming area but i dint go anywhere from my local area. executives are saying they are not able to find out the reason and system is always down. i have recorded all the calls and i have the proof also. please sir help me. its not only about my balance deduction its about the poor service provided by loop mobile.

    Default Bad services of loop mobile customer care executives

    Dear Sir / Madam,


    From the past three to four days i m trying to speak to your customer care executives but not receiving any reply, only on 18th November spoke to Mr. Naresh a senior from the department who replied to my call as well ensure to escalate my complaint on a topmost priority as well to resolve it within 24 hours its more than 3 days now any there isn't any resolution for my complaint. My complaint was only for a scheme of recharge for which Mr. Naresh promised to credit 75 Rs. in my account as the scheme involved a recharge of 333 with talktime of 375 Rs. as soon as the recharge was made there was'nt any credit of Rs. 375 but only 333. I must say the customer care executives are very slow as well very careless to look after their subscribers. And if the company cannot provide the schemes which they offer to their subscribers then their should not be any need for them to offer such schemes for wasting their subscribers money. Hope after reading this mail i wud get a prior reply as well a resolution for the same.

    Angry Worst Customer retention policy and call center in telecom services of Loop mobile

    Hi,

    I have never gone through any worst scenarios of retention of good loyal customers.Loop mobile do not have any records maintained at their customer service and nor their customer care officers are trained.Officer tells you to call again as he cannot speak in English or says that you do whatever one could and do not even bother to understand and solve the issue."Retention" policy is non-existent definition in Loop mobile.How could one behave when we have instruct the telecom company that i need all my value added services like hello ring tones to be discontinued as i was going abroad?They kept on billing me since August '10.As a good customer i still paid for few months but when i came ack they charged me a bill of rs.945.Why should i pay for their mistakes for not discontinuing VAS services on my mobile no 9870120508.
    Also,they should train their customer service to learn customer issues and solve them rather than showing attitudes and being robust about their decision.None of the officer/TL knows about retention matrix.what kind of services they have for good customers?I would not like to associate with them and need to reverse all my charges leveid till date?I will not pay and would go to consumer court as i do not need anyone else to suffer like this?

    Angry Worst Customer care and less of knowlegde

    i am very harrest with loop customer care. from last 10 to 15 day my balance is deducted for no reason.whenever i call loop customer care they tell me that we will take your complaint.in last 10 days i have almost got 10 complaint number.In reply i have got nothing.

    Default Tasan Pack

    my no 9773796514, I am fed of the tasan pack, just in a single click by mistake it activated and a lose of 20 rupees for 7 days. i had many times complaint it to Loop customer care to stop cutting my money for Tasan pack but it didnt stop, on 25 march it activated just on a single click and 20 rupees deducted, then again some time, when i had tried, it again deducted, so how come, rupees 40 deducted for same pack, that means, tasan pack is looting, so please stop it, on 25 march I had complaint and talked with A Barse, my Doc -SR- 250361986 and Doc- SR- 250362164 and she told me that you will get your money back, but nothing happen, so now you tell me what to do? you will solve it or I have to go to cunsumer foreum

    Angry Loop is denying Mobile number portability

    I have requested for number porting from Loop to a new Service Provider. Two requests (sent separately) of mine are rejected by Loop mobile so far, saying "Contractual Obligation Violation". I have posted a query (asking the elaborated reason) to the customer care (to mobile.assist@loopmobile.in), but I did not receive any response to this though more than 4 days elapsed.

    On the first instance, after waiting for a couple of days (based on an auto mail response received by me indicated that I will receive reply within 24 hrs) I had called the customer care to get the detail. As informed by the customer care, I have opted for a special scheme which is called as 'Bonanza' scheme and according to this I will get a special discount on the monthly rental (post paid scheme) if I pay the rental amount 6 months in advance I will get a benefit of a very small amount. As I remember, I had used this scheme a few years back and later, I did not opt for it and I used to pay the bill/rent on a monthly basis without keeping any due.

    As I understand the payment of rent in advance was an option, for which I used to receive a call from loop mobile before billing and later. However I never received this kind of call since many years (at least 2 years). After knowing these details, I called my relationship manager and questioned the rationale of rejecting my port request with this reason. After continuous follow up, finally she informed me (over the phone) that this issue has been resolved and I can resubmit my application for transfer of Service Provider. By this time the Unique ID (for Porting) had expired. So I had to redo the exercise of applying for the number porting, once again and Loop seems repeating the same tactics.

    Can this forum take up this issue (of harassing the customers during number porting by Loop mobile) for the larger interest of the consumer?

    my relationship manager is the worst - neha pense she is pathetic... i cant believe i have such stupid ppl working in customer care .... really sad... im so annoyed.... so irritated.. i cant believe it ...

    I have been your loop mobile customer for more than 10 years,now suddenly you people are deducting my pre-paid balance for no reason, i never opted for non-sense like cricket etc, for that you deducted Rs 30/- on 15th oct, now again this morning you deducted Rs 15/- for sms in roaming which i never used,not a single sms sent from this number, please restore Rs 45/- immediately, do not go for cheating, I never expected this type of cheating from your side, do not repeat this pls, its a bad practice, you are not supposed to cheat a customer who has been with you since more than a decade,

    settle this pls
